Tiffany N. Graves received her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Northeastern State University. While at Northeastern State, Ms. Graves served as President of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity.  She received her Juris Doctorate from the University of Tulsa College of Law. While in law school, Ms. Graves was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Legal Fraternity and the Women's Law Caucus.  Her professional memberships include the Oklahoma Bar Association and the Tulsa County Bar Association.
